I’m not sure what it is I’m looking at. Is it a repair kit for a broken dishwasher or is it a dog bath?
me too although when I once tried to google whether kitchen roll is sterile I could not find any information on how they make it and in what conditions.
I have a phobia about using sponges and cloths to wipe down worktops. Especially if they are sitting on the side and not washed in between. I’m probably the only one who uses window cleaner on them sometimes.
I use anti-bacterial wipes for work tops & the hob unit, in fact I use them everywhere, always have done ever since they were invented, long before Covid struck. I put used in the normal rubbish bin, I never trust that they are biodegradable as some say they are.
putting biodegradable things into landfill waste is surely ok given that it won’t add to the problem.
I have to say that of all the reasons for not having a dishwasher (and I don’t have one) these would be the least relevant.
Don’t you rinse off plates before putting them in the sink to wash? I don’t want to hand wash dishes with food floating about in the water.
Crystalware? silent guffaw…
Gold/silver china can’t be used in a microwave either - into the bin with them (years ago).
Unhygenic? these machines use water at a temperature far higher than any bug can survive. Certainly much higher than hand washing them.
We only have a dishwasher is because there was one here when we bought the house
