I have an independent contractor coming out, date/time to be arranged, Thames Water approved… who knows 
it seems a bit of a coincidence perhaps they caused the leak when they installed it or perhaps it’s picking up the neighbour’s use or is faulty

Leak detected and repaired.
One deep hole dug.
It was on our property, so we foot the bill.
One nightmare over.
