I wanted to add a soundtrack to a new video I shot today.
I was on the shore line and the wind was persistent.
Adding a soundtrack should disguise the wind?
I first wanted to see how difficult/easy it was to add music.
Anyway, I went back to the first Blue Tongue Lizard video I shot 5 months ago.
Only a short video, with added upbeat instrumental soundtrack
Blue Tongue Lizard
I use Adobe premier elements to add remove sound tracks etc. One thing to be aware of is copywrite infringment if you just “lift” a sound track that is not royality free. An alterative is to do a voice overlay talking into a mike Then adding your voice to the video.
Initially I will use what youtube editor has to offer. These are all copyright free.
You can download the Youtube copyright free sound tracks then use an editor like Shotcut to edit your videos, add sound tracks and edit the clips. with fade ins, outs etc
Plenty of Youtube videos telling you how to do it, it is much easier than doing it online and you have a sound mixer to use to mix several tracks
I remember when they were first sold here in the USA how expensive they were think called blue tongue skinks and another type stubby tail skink .
For crazy money were the Australia dwarf goanna think this was mid to late 70s when they first appeared in our pet markets , now all 3 much cheaper as captive bred
