Silly ideas as a child

As I was growding up I really believed that if I pulled the blankets over me, covering every part of my body, then the Bogey Man living under my bed could not get me.
You have some silly ideas like that?

I used to believe that if I pulled the blankets over me then Debbie Harry would come and get me…

I had a profoundly disappointing childhood! :sob:

My mum told me that if I stuck my tongue out and pulled peculiar and funny faces that if the wind changed I’d look like that forever.

Remember old Tom and Jerry cartoons? When they got flattened they got stuck to the ground,
I used to think when people got run over by a car that they literally stuck to the road and had to be scraped off.
