The late great Prince Rogers Nelson wrote and performed this one and IMO leaves an earworm in your head.

I chose this one as the most positive of all because Freddie died of something that today we do have a cure by medications. AIDS is no longer a death sentence and medical science will one day find a positive cure for everythijng given time.
