I have been mentally led down by my own family member, my aunty when I was very young. Therefore, I have been there to help people in need part time since I was 20 years old.
Since I was 30, I have been religious. I’m a Buddhist and Buddha help me with my mental healthcare.
Now I learnt enough and ready to give back and would love to help people in need around the world, one to many basis online or offline in sydney “Self Mental Healthcare/Stress Relief Practices Buddha way - backed by science”
I believe this technique will help people of any religious background. Because this will help reduce Depression, Alcoholism, Workaholism, Suicide, Divorce, War etc…
And Buddhism is a way of life, learning the facts of life, not a religion. And Buddha also say we are all a little crazy as human beings unless we are saints. So this could help most of us around the world if we are open to it.
Criteria participants need to meet are, 1. Open minded and 2. Able to face the facts of life.

This will help you feel calm whenever and whatever life thrown at you.
There are only two main feelings that every human beings have, “Happiness and Unhappiness” and all the sufferings come to us, as a result of those two feelings. Think about it, unhappiness make us suffer straight away and happiness the same because it never last.
What if I tell you, the feelings are real but those feelings are based on memory, reflection, copy, image, imagination. So those feelings that make us suffer are not based on NOW. So take things easy. Nothing in life to get too excited about.
I’m a Buddhist and been religious for more than 20 years and a monk taught me this a few years ago. Now I learnt enough that I want to spread this teaching to the world to help people escape from sufferings, suicide, drugs, alcohol, being workaholic, depression, divorce etc…
This is Buddha teaching which is lost in translation so not many people aware of this method. I like it because I want to learn before I practice meditation. This method once you learn, you can practice while living your life. Which means all the time and it’s not hard if you are open minded and can take the facts of life.
Because this is based on scientific fact that mind and body changing billions of time per second and mind can’t focus on two things at once. So once you think you are happy, your happiness gone. Once you think you are unhappy, your unhappiness/anger gone already. We’re just feeling memory or side effect. We can’t see the separation because again mind and body moving too fast, billions of time per second, so we think things are still there but in reality they are gone. Think about it, even it moves once within a second, when you realize it, it’s gone, isn’t it?
Another way of proving is like this. We have 6 sensors in total. They are eyes, nose, mouth, ears, mind and body. We only aware of things if we want to make aware and sensors are working, right?
Example, Eyes, there are same things happening around a few people. They have different eye qualities. So what they see is different quality as well. To some people things may be blurred or some people may even see things upside down. But same things outside. Because we’re only able to sense things when things get inside of us. But when they get inside of us, things are not real anymore they are image, copy, reflection, etc… that’s why we should not be happy or unhappy about image, copy, reflection, imagination, memory!!! It’s like kissing a dead person. We have to wake up to escape from sufferings and calm us down.
Another example, things are happening outside but people with Dementia are not able to sense things as they are right? Because they are not sensing things as it happen outside, they are sensing things when things get inside of them. When things get inside of them as memory, their mind is not working properly, so that effect their reactions. But normal human beings when things get inside of us, our sensors are working, so we think we’re able to sense things as things happen but no human can. That’s just the fact and reality. Otherwise people with Dementia should able to sense things same as normal people because same thing happening outside.
At the end of the day, what I want to share is this. There is nothing to be excited about because our feelings are not based on NOW. They are based on past which is memory, reflection, image, copy, imagination etc…
