Superb album in my opinion.
They say you have heard one you have them all but I don’t think so .
More positive mood this morning just had a few hours of watching Canal Boat Diaries that always does the trick or Countryfile both on i.player. Mmmm at peace now for a Beatles day.

We were lucky to be young in those days.We were “influenced” but just by people who wanted to make money out of us ,not control how we behaved.

I wonder will we ever see anything like our golden greats ever again. I suppose the real answer to that is no, which is why I keep reverting to Youtube classics like these.
Right had my cuppa now its time to get back to bed.

Also one hit wonders do not help plus the earning power of those one hit wonders is very high compared to the singers of the past who struggled for sometimes years before they had built up their list of hits.
But I agree with what you say the bottom line is there are no New Romantics about these days.
Yes its hard to pin point which song did it but I am guessing near the top of the list could well have been Bob The Builder.
