Pixies and fairies are not the same tho. I love the concept of fairies but I’ve never seen one. I do know pixies exist though because we chat all the time on here. She’s quite tiny and dead cute bless her
Lubs ya pixie

By all means report this post if you feel its somewhat inappropriate, but it is a genuine question. .
At what point in time did people connect the term “fairy” with homosexuality? Can’t see how they relate in terms of conceptual commonalities
As a youngster, when first hearing the term being used in a pejorative manner, I couldn’t help but be slightly confused that known homosexuals didn’t dress up like tinkerbell. How was I and my youthful friends meant to spot them if they weren’t following the dress code???
What about Fairy Penguins? Do they get a look in?
I was absolutely sure that we had a unicorn at the bottom of our garden, it was only on closer inspection that I realised it was an horse with a traffic cone on its head.
Well, we’ve all got different realities so I listen to no one telling me what’s real or not, If I think it’s real, it is
I’m positive they have fairy DNA, that fairies are real and will die if I don’t believe in them, that Nessie’s having a fish supper in Loch Ness as we speak and one day I’ll meet Big Foot ( actually I think I might have dated him once)
And I’m a big fan of the little people like leprachauns, who are obviously real (anyone else love this film?)
And of course Cornish Piskirs and Gnomes are my fave!
Ever since I first read “The Little Grey Men”
What an amazing nature artist D.J Watkins-Pitchford was
I’ve met several Leprechauns while wandering about the Wicklow mountains!
So lucky!
I have a soft spot for Grinnygogs!
They remain in the eye of the beholder
if you dont believe then you can never see one
this is why it is mainly childer who see them
I have a soft spot for Grinnygogs
Not come across those before!
There was a children’s TV series, way after my time but very imaginative, I don’t suppose it’s available on DVD more’s the pity!
Oh wow!
Thank you Pixie!
