Yes but auntie Patsy is frightened of them - you were very brave Coco
you too Susie
How can you be frightened of that Patsy, I must admit they are very big and you usually find them hovering over lakes and ponds in spring and summer months.
How to try and hold a floppy cat.

Thank goodness I haven’t got a lake outside
I’m floppy sometimes
I don’t think I could carry you Patsy!!
I’m only 8 and a bit stone :-p
You are lucky, I wish I was. I weigh in at 10st.
Let me please see a photo of you?
Very petite and lovely looking.
How old are you? You look quite young in this photo, not an old hag like me.
I was 48 then - when my health took bad I never had any photos taken, mainly because I couldn’t get out and about. That was my last picture taken just before going out to the Winter Gardens …
Anyway, I’m still the same size …:-p
I think you are very pretty Patsy.
You know they say you can’t teach Cats to do things like you can a dog, well this is not entirely true, as for years now, when Coco has her meals, she has got a habit of standing while eating, so all I do is tap her bum very gently and say sit, and she does.
I was in pain there - so that was my last photo and my last night out …
I believe cats are very clever, moreso than dogs - I’ve seen the evidence many times
Now what toy shall I play with, perhaps I will get the bottom one out and Mummy can put them all back again when I am finished playing with them.

Thanks Patsy!
Had to take Coco to the Vets tonight, her left eye was closed again and really runny. The Vet (a locum) checked her over, thought at first she might have a blocked tear duct, so put a drop in her eye with dye to check, he said if her nose goes green then she is ok, it did go green. He thinks she just has an allegery to some of the plants in the garden, so everything was alright. Coco was very good, she didn’t but an eye lid when he put the drop in her eye. The Vet said she was the prettiest cat he has ever seen, and he wouldn’t stop stroking and cuddling her, I think he was in Love with her.
And who can blame him
So pleased she is alright x
Thanks Patsy,
Coco is fine, sleeping as usual in the armchair in the Conservatory, as she cannot go out because its pouring of rain here.
