Some lovely songs there. Love the Rod Stewart one Kenny.
Malcolm - love that one. I am a big fan of Vince Gill but not many people have heard of him. He has a lovely voice and a fantastic guitarist too.
I’m a fan too … I love country music, George Strait, George Jones, Waylon Jennings etc !

wow Kenny , where did you dig that one up–not One of JM’s well known tracks--------------
Hey Kenny—how did you know i loved Rod Stewart and his Great American Songbook Collection–I have all the cds and love them to bits.
This is one of the best tracks—not to mention a great song—I always laugh at the line----“the way you sing off-key”—that is how my hubby described MY singing lol lol
But it really was not that bad—i thought i sounded ok , personally…
Aww…haha… Yes…Johnny Mathis pretty much a very most romantic singer voice - and I like very much anything that he sing… MISTY is one of my most favorite, also, because it was my parents “song” and all the time they would kitchen-dance to it, so I remember the words to the song very well…thank you for post it, Kenny… Bellissimo!

Actually Marina.
I think it was well known, as it was number one in America, as well as a hit here in the UK.
I must admit to not being a big fan of Johnny Mathis, but Gia got me going and I had to respond!

I am a big big fan of Johnny Mathis and seen him about
200 times in concert, both in Uk and usa–ive got lots of pics of us together…have all his cds etc etc.
Connie Francis–her best track has to be “where the boys are” and talking if Connie Francis–she used to go out with one of my other idols–Neil Sedaka–a true genius at singwriting–i have so many favourites of his, its hard to choose one—but lets go for “The Other side of me”…
Hahaa…Kenny -
NO I not say you are a stupid!.. a little goofy some time, but that not so bad… haha… I like Connie Francis songs … Thanks!
Rod Stewart has recorded this one too, and I like it, but I think the original is the best. What a voice
Frank Sinatra - Just the Way You Look Tonight. Fantastic lyrics
Yeahhhhhhh… I like!
Thanks, Hilary! WINGS! XO
I absolutely love this song–and there are many many great versions–including Rod Stewart—but noone sings it like Frank Sinatra—
