Pies, pies and more pies

Knowing my appetite Sweetie darlin’ - you wanna bet???;-)

Did you see the recipe Joe? Not mine, I had to search, I have never made it - YET:lol:

never had this one though. Stargazy pie.

Looks fishy to me…

Thanks for sharing that Besoeker, so interesting to hear. The coasts on both sides do have great seafood. Boston, USA has great seafood also, I spent a week-end there and ate seafood the whole time.

Quebec has a Pie. I can’t remember what it is called, but it is delicious. Just meat in it, love it.

Oh, I say:confused:
Is it part of the Zodiac pies?

I used to watch them also Linda, they were great. Did you ever watch Julia Child? Some of her recipes are so delicious.

HaHaHa, doesn’t that look delicious Nom?

What the… ???

That’s Nom for you:lol:

I honestly don’t think I would touch that with a 10-foot pole

Ahhhh - Herrings in.

You say when, and I’ll be on the next train!!!;-)

Piebald pony.

This is how the Victorians did it.

I have not. I have eaten sheep’s brain - not intentionally I might add. It wasn’t a pie - it looked like pickled cauliflower.

I’m in total agreement. Not to worry. I think we are having our legs pulled. I can’t believe that anyone, at least nothing human, would ever eat something so disgusting.

I was planning on making breakfast but after hearing about some of that stuff, I may never eat again. I think I’m going to be sick.

You’d be surprised what people will eat. You ever watched the show Bizarre Foods? Some of the things people eat in this world make me sit there with my jaw dropped.

Its only an ‘Admiral’s pie’, but instead of pieces of fish you have the whole fish - herrings!!! - delicious.
