Going back to December 1st last year, 156 days ago, Perth has received 49.2mm (almost 2") of rain. Of which 45mm fell in April
Very little indeed.
It is raining now and the forecast is for rain all next week. Up to 30mm - (1 1/4").
I have been holding off watering the garden. Now I do not need to.
The weather has been so weird this year. I’m mostly happy about it. Talking to people in other parts of the country, the weather has been equally weird but sometimes in the opposite direction. It’s been cooler than normal here and hotter than normal across the country.

The East Coast of Australia has been getting plenty of rain. Too much if truth be told.
