I started painting my living-room in preparation for vacating the premises.
Laid masking tape along the skirting boards and started painting the border before using the paint roller.
Halfway through painting the border the lady upstairs starts crying again. This has been going on for at least 5 years. They argue, she cries. Goes on for an hour or more.
I can never really hear what is being said, though I did catch her say - “We never communicate”, “It happens every morning”
One time I did question the husband what is up with her crying so often? He said she is homesick. I do not believe that response. Because of the sometimes very loud arguments that go on.
Anyway, I did not want to listen to this again, so I finished the border painting and went out for coffee.
Most times they appear to be a loving couple, but they argue at least once a fortnight.
Really sad
