Off the top of my head I believe it was The House On The Lake. with Keanu Reeves and Christopher Plummer has the father. Will check it out for you if its correct I won’t edit it. 
The Lake House was the proper title.
I really enjoyed the movie myself umpteen times…
You know, I think I did see this a few years ago, and loved it, but don’t recall the music. I will most definitely watch it again. This is my kind of movie.

I believe you are right the song was not in the movie .
Somebody must have just mixed it together, they tend to do a lot of that on Youtube these days.
