Even with long hair you need to get the ends trimmed occasionally to keep it looking neat, it makes a lot of difference. My daughter has long hair and has it trimmed every 6 weeks.

My daughter has long hair too…she discovered these new conditioners you have done at the hairdressers… they last for about six weeks and leave your hair like silk…I mean super shiny and silk like.
