Ah, thats a nice memento for you Oldbod.
I also have some of my late Mum’s in a beautiful golden yellow too.
Always makes me think of her when they are in flower.

Regarding the Beddies, no, I am not from the N.E. but just love the breed. Super little dogs aren’t they.
My oldest one was 15 last November, but she is very frail now.

Hi Zuleiker, the older ones were slow to start this year, then I got some nuisance sap-sucking insects on them, which didn’t help.

The new plugs I sent for are looking good though, and have buds splitting open. They all want repotting when I get time.
Hope yours are coming on well too.

Thanks for the comments, Muddy.

The Salix look so pretty at this time of year, don’t they.

I’m a cat person so never owned a Bedlington Terrier but I do like them.

They’re lovely Mups. I’d love some but don’t really have space for them.

Thankyou Ullabi.

I just picked these to put on my kitchen table.
They are Peonies, Canterbury Bells and two ‘Darcy Bussell’ red roses, which smell divine.

It’s a pity I can’t get the petals to show better, but I that’s how it is with my old camera.

I love to have some Canterbury Bells around because they Mum’s garden used to be full of them, so they always remind me of her.

Beautiful flowers Mups, I’m sure they’ll look lovely on your kitchen table…

Thanks Mags.
They were ever so pretty.

My pond Irises have just started to bloom and they are taller than ever. I suppose I should divide them this year seeing as they have been i for four years now. I might be back for some advice.

They are lovely
