Sue noticed one of the ouside doors to the conservatory the double glazing had blown ( moisture between glass). So had and estimate for replacement. At the same time over a garage roller shutter door the plastic ridged panel paint is flaking off, so qote a quote for that to be replaced as well.
better to do it all now than let it get worse and costing more to fix
All done now and above garage door looking as it should. Also conservatory door window pane replaced.
Wheels on office chair getting stiff on the bearings. So removed and given a petrol bath to remove any remaining dried up grease. A shot of WD40 on each of the 5 wheels and reassembled. Not completely solved the problem but a lot better to move while sitting on it.
Next time instead of WD 40, use some silicone oil and all will be well without the niff.
