Micro$oft being sued by ACCC

The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) is suing Micro$oft for misleading conduct.

The ACCC has launched proceedings against Microsoft for allegedly misleading customers about subscription options and price increases after it integrated its AI assistant, Copilot, into Microsoft 365 plans.

The regulator has alleged that since late last year, the tech giant told subscribers of certain plans that they must pay a higher price to maintain their subscriptions, which would now include Copilot, or they would need to cancel.

The ACCC said Microsoft misled customers by not disclosing that subscribers could retain their current plans, without Copilot, at their existing lower prices.

Every billionaire, every multinational company are crooks of the highest order.
F*ck all will happen. Fines, no matter how large do not stop these crooks.
What might work is imprisoning these fraudulent pricks.
Remove Incorporation rules so these pricks are held liable for the decisions they make.

The whole world is pissed.
Only long jail terms, confiscating all their assets and taking away their ability to own/operate a business might have an effect.
Though shit lawyers will convince corrupted Judges and Magistrates that such a course of action “Would not be in the Public’s Interest”

He got on his feet , cleaned himself up due to government aid and now he has forgotten all that and rather far to the right does not want tax money going to these type agency’s and yes I gave him a lecture on hypocrisy .
