I have probably had mental issues most of my adult life, thanks to growing up with an abusive parent. I’ve had all the counselling, therapists, doctors and everyone else - and not one of them have been any use and haven’t helped one little bit.

Many years ago, I was diagnosed with clinical depression and all I got was a box of pills (SSRI’s) which did absolutely nothing. When the pills ran out, the doctor shrugged his shoulders at me and I was left to fend for myself.

I had to tame my issues all on my own. It has always been a case of “shut up and get on with it” and “learn to deal with it” and “get on with life”. I look back at all these so-called helpers of mental health and conclude they are just a waste of time - at least they were for me. I had to learn to cope with my own situation without anyone’s help…because as far as I was concerned, there was no help. Over the years, I gradually learnt to overcome them, which I take as a minor life achievement.

When I went through a particular time in my life it was mainly my stubbornness that pulled me through.

It is all about being strong enough in the mind to not give in

lol you drew that ?

I LOVE the news .

Due to arthritis in right hip which as of today no big deal I take collagen and organic sulfur .

You can buy them online , any where as considered supplements .

I am NOT a Doctor nor any science back ground and KNOW you can not mix organic sulfur with meds as diminishes their affect but putting that aside it gives me energy , peppy .
