Every Memorial Day at the State Police HQ we have bagpipers playing in full review. A wonderful tradition as they are State troopers dedicated to this group.

I’m more of a drum & bass man myself.

I’d go as far as to say the bagpipe sound is hideous.

122 decibels is for the battlefield only.

Of course kilts pre-date the invention of the zip and Scots have worn kilts for centuries. Which means that the education of sheep to the sound of the zip must have occurred elsewhere, perhaps somewhere south. At least that disproves Renton’s claim about the English. Take solace in that.
