most of the land around here has been snapped up for buiding on , its gone crazy. Even my place the value (assumed) has nearly doubled 2014. Well out of what we can afford now. glad we bought it when we did and no mortgage to worry about

Well, I don’t know where you live. We live in Yorkshire now but our town is in the outskirts so we are close to arable land.
