There were two correct guesses. Congratulations to Chillie and Azz.
I had made French sticks dough in my breadmaker and needed somewhere warm to put them to prove (hence my wonky spelling of ‘ImProve’) in the title and the use of the word ‘dough’ in the opening post.
Here they are in situ…
