Another angle.
My little Salix Flamingo tree I was talking about to Annie.
Last one - promise.
My lovely perfumed Darcey Bussel rose with a Peony.
A Stunning show of beautiful blooms Mups.
I didnāt realise you had one of those lovely flamingo trees. It does look very pretty with the owl. Iām still waiting for mine to arrive in the post. Looking forward to planting it. I saw some of your āspecialā garden gnomes on sale at BM today!
Lovely garden,Kazzā¦your grass looks well watered and fedā¦or is it Astro turf?..:-)ā¦I ask, because I have never seen a lawn so beautifully green.
Thank you Annie.
Iāve got two of the little Willows, thatās how I knew what yours was.
A stunning garden Mups ā¦ how you manage to keep it like like with 5 dogs is amazing!
Love the meerkats peeping through the dahliasā¦
Instead of being out in the garden at the moment, it badly needs weeding, Iām sat here trying to get into the mindset to do itā¦ And Failing. Sigh.
Thank you Mags.
The dogs wee makes awful patches on the grass, which I am continually re-seeding, but other than Gertie (again ) who meddles with things and pinches my plant labels, leaves, twigs, and any little wooden plant supports, the older ones mostly leave things alone.
Gert was out there digging up and eating Hyacinths and Daffodils in the dark one night last year. When I realised what she was up to, it ended up at a late night out-of-hours veterinary visit to be injected and get her vomitting quickly as they are very toxic.
My fault, I should have noticed what she was up to quicker. She felt very sorry for herself that night so I slept with her to keep a close eye on her till morning.
One of my beautiful Agapanthus from last year.
I have got loads in bud at the mo, some bi-coloured, some white and others the most beautiful deep, royal blue, so will post more in a couple of weeks when they are in flower properlyā¦
The one in the picture below is called āQueen Mumā and is actually deep blue down in the āthroatsā of each petal. It is nearly as high as me and some of the blooms were 12" across last year. Beautiful.
I love you superbum Mups.
Thatās unusual.
I know the feeling.
Wow! All the gardens are looking lovely.
Have been away leaving my brother to keep an eye on my garden .
Result disaster .
We no longer have a lawn itās a hayfield and moreover a flattened hay field .
All my strawberries have died dried to a frazzle .
Ditto other plants in pots .
The wildflower bit has down well.
His feeble excuse -itās good for the bees !
The wildflower bit
( the rest is not so much wild as positively feral )
The strawberries ( yes that is the lawn behind them )
Aah, what a shame Muddy.
Your wildflowers still look pretty though, but I must admit the pots look pretty grim!
Someone wasnāt doing as he was asked Muddy. what a shame. the wild garden still looks nice though. i would just buy him socks for Christmasā¦ or maybe nothing.
Thatās what I get him anyway !
That explains it.
Your wildflowers are beautiful Muddy.
