Flu jabs cover the most probable variant for the up coming year. The same will start to happen with covid. If a need continues to exist beyond the next few years for boosters. Then it will be like for the Flu. It will be for those most at risk & for the most probable worst case scenario.
Current UK government stance, is that future boosters will be only offered to the most vulnerable. And although yes, currently there is an ability to give a booster in under 6 months from the previous inoculation. It has only been reduced to 5 months from the last inoculation. So it is hardly every few months/weeks.
Currently, the only people able to receive more than 2 vaccine doses per year are those receiving immunosuppressive treatments & they can receive a booster after 4 months. So the 2 vaccines doses, plus the booster 4 months after the second vaccine dose.
I can see the logic and Covid must be costing businesses millions in sick pay.
But is it the thin edge of the wedge? Sick pay is an employment benefit in good quality jobs
Do we really want a situation where employers give different rates to different people?
What about people who don’t have flu jabs? Who smoke, are obese, don’t exercise or are old or have pre-existing or long term conditions? They are all likely to take more sick time.
It’s the people who have been vaccinated with an untested cocktail of chemicals that are in possession of an unmaintained vehicle/body. They are known to suffer strokes and heart attacks following the vaccines and should be banned from driving until the period of health issues will have diminished.
So rather than take a cut in sick pay, all the unvaxxed workers are going to continue to work despite suffering from covid. That’s certainly going to help contain the spread. Not! Might I remind everyone that vaxxed people can also catch covid, and that 30% of hospital beds are taken up with vaxxed patients.
Well that’s a non starter as an argument if I ever heard one.
You might not like the vaccine Foxy, and a great many people do wonder what exactly is in it and if we’ll all grow two heads one day … but really, you can’t seriously claim the vaccinated are dangerous.
Do you not think that sounds a little, well … erm …nutty.
How many people have suffered heart attacks and strokes compared to how many have long covid or have died.
Not too good at maths morty…?
That would mean 70% of claimed unvaxxed,However, don’t forget that all the people who have not completed their full set of vaccines are classed as being unvaxxed, so the difference could be more even…
And…How many beds are taken up by vaxxed people suffering apparently unrelated issues like myocarditis and blood clots? Apparently the cardiac ward I’ve been visiting are full to capacity with heart issues.
I can understand why companies are doing this. They want to first of all stay in business and second to ensure jobs for those that have been vaccinated. Yes of course there are reasons (medical) why some don’t have the vaccine, but just go say no is being very selfish with no thought of other people.
The unvaccinated try and find any reasonable excuse not to have the jab as in their own mind why should I? In that case they should be denied any hospital treatment- expect works benefits to be cut as they no longer want to be part of society.
They get all they deserve and more even to loose their jobs entirely
Nope I don’t buy it … there’s altogether too much nitpicking by anti-vaxxers over who is in hospital ‘with’ covid but they really happen to be in for a stubbed toe or broken leg but happen to have tested positive for covid whilst there … as opposed to how many were actually admitted to hospital because of covid.
There are 844 people on ventilators in UK hospitals and I imagine we can safely say that is down to covid. Not a good figure. Not massive … but not good if you happen to be one of them.
But surely realspeed, if unvaxxed workers are going to go to work despite having covid (nobody wants to lose money) they are going to infect the rest of the workforce so everybody stays at home and the business is closed.
Now you’re been sarky and I ought to smack your bum except you’d like it too much.
I think the handling of covid seems to be unraveling into a shambles … no idea how it could have been handled different or better but I bet next time there’s a pandemic they’ll remember this test run and cringe at the mismanagement.
According to you they would not have heart attacks or strokes if they wern’t vaccinated? what a load of crap.
Untested? there has been extensive tested and trials on the vaccine before the BMA would allow it to be released on the general public . According to you they would let an anti vaccine be released without tests and trials. Your excuse of a cocktails in the body is about the most ludicrust excuse I have ever heard and laughable

Nice guy that you are you have been influenced by the wrong people and brainwashed into that belief. None of these anti vacine so called experts have worked in research and all medical professionals at least have a working knowledge of the benefits
