If you go down to the woods today, you're sure to?

See a Kangaroo studying me wondering why am I invading his territory. :kangaroo:

Find some of our good old “Dogging” friends, up to their various tricks! :anguished: :frowning_with_open_mouth:

Luckily it is winter else I could come across cobras and bamboo snakes or red snakes as well.

I have never seen a toad because Australia does not have any native toads.
240 species of frogs, but no toads.
Even frogs are rare to see. Most likely the last time I saw a frog in the wild would be 47 years ago as a 15 year old in Tasmania. That was only because I would actively look for them.
I hear plenty of frogs but never see them.

See things magical……

It is, isn’t it? Those are just taken in the woods up the road from me, we went for a slightly muddy walk at the week-end

And I thought what a lovely thing it was to be able to walk through, just seeing all that and breathing the fresh air. It reminded me of a fairy tale wood
