A mission, undertaken by a country with one of the lowest Co2 emissions.
Virtually no Natural assets.
Other Than. 150+ Untapped unlicensed Oil/Gas zones.
And a country deeper in debt than those resources.

The Norwegians know how to achieve an enviable Lifestyle.
We could also. And not be dependent of Buying. Would one believe. From Norway. And others.
