How big is your Bed?

How very kind, and I shall be looking for the delivery soon!

Ever the gentleman. Thank goodness for Jethro.

Aww!
I’m content to snuggle down in my little bed !
I don’t envy those being tossed at sea…

There’s not one thing about that picture that says comfortable.

with the light out and asleep does bed size matter? more concerning is if the partner is snoring

That’s what lead to separate rooms. We still meet up frequently though.

king size, but my part is queen size

@Surfermom - :joy::joy::joy:hmmm… I may object to that - but it depends on who was taking up the rest of the bedspace!:rofl::rofl:

I know people who let their pet dogs and cats take up most of the bed at night.
When I’m staying with my Sister, it is usually her two cats who jump on the bed and push me to one edge - and I lay there as still as possible, not daring to move in case I disturb them! :joy_cat::joy_cat:

Just a Full-Size Bed, but I don’t mind, as I only sleep to one side of the bed. And I’m content with that.

Hi
I used to enjoy my king size bed.

I now live downstairs in the lounge on a hospital bed.

It is a single bed, double ended and electric.

It is situated lengthways on one wall, opposite the fire and a 55 inch flatscreen TV.

There is a 3ft marine reef aquarium at one end, facing the front window, at the other end is a 5ft tropical aquarium facing the double glass doors to the planted conservatory which I can look through to see the rear garden.

I can see through both aquariums lengthways.

The bed has a special compression mattress and the control pad can raise or lower the entire base to make getting in and out easy.

It has three sections, the two end sections being infinitely adjustable.

This means that I can sleep with my head at either end, lying flat, or with my head and/or legs legs being higher or lower than my Torso.

In front of the bed is a large coffee table with every imaginable remote control, many voice operated, I can talk to a call centre miles away when the alarm I wear goes off, , see who is at the entrance doors and talk to them , operate the heating and lighting, the lighting can be voice or action controlled.

So, a small bed, but it is my world most of the time and it is quite a pleasant world at that.

I do however enjoy my time out of the house.

‘’ There is a 3ft marine reef aquarium at one end’’

A 30 gallon long ?

As unreal as this might sound I had a reef tank in the early 80’s with just fluorescent bulbs . blue actinic and white had 4 bulbs over a 55 gallon back then no regulations so live rock was just that and taken from reefs and yes we did not know better but it was full of life .

I think mid to late 80s regulations began either way has pygmy octopus and baby snow flake moray in two different orders which came hidden in the rocks , I had 1/4 lb of rock per gallon .

Two hang on HOB filter with chemi pure , snow flake killed the octopus and had him in actual reef for 6 years then went with gobies .

I now have African cichlids and pond in yard with guppies and platies , I’m in Miami.

I imagine you use skimmer and led lighting ?

Your Majesty :crown::wink:
