Hi Andy
Welcome from North Wales
Hi d00d
I have been to both of them when I lived in London and from that list on Wikipedia I have been to Highgate and Nunhead cemeteries many times. Probably my favourite cemetery in London is Bunhill Fields in The City, where William Blake is buried. Bunhill Fields also has the grave of Dame Mary Page who in died in1728. Her tomb says “In 67 months she was tap’d 66 times. Had taken away 240 gallons of water without ever repining at her case or ever fearing the operation.” There is an article here ( https://londonist.com/london/history/london-s-oddest-graves-dame-mary-page ) from The Londonist.
Thanks for the above info, I’ll check it out.
Looks interesting…will have to check it out next time I am in London
