No, not yet - as the weather changes, I keep trimming my sails or altering direction to suit, so as events unfurl I’ll keep tweaking or changing my conclusions ad infinitum - until I disappear forever into the wide blue yonder.

I think I see enough to come to conclusions therefore I am.
