I noticed myself one day doing the newspaper crossword, gently scratching my head.
Exactly what my Father used to do. He had Dandruff. I don’t.

No, I have never had Dandrufff. 
My mother used to do everything late. I could never understand it. I did everything early. She used to ask me to help her be on time but nothing worked.
Recently I found myself putting something off because my brother is pressuring me to do something. I realized that’s why my mom did it. She was countering the pressure people were putting on her, maybe.

One of my sons told me he was turning into me when he is talking to his kids. He said he hears himself repeating word for word things I said to him.
Personally I didn’t get on with my father at all so I consciously avoided doing or saying anything he said or did with my kids, so I took it as a bit of a compliment.
