Thanks Pats, I’ll save it for later just been to the hairdressers now look and feel like overboiled lobster with very nice hairdo, and am going to have a choc ice to cool me down. I’ve had 2 showers today think it’ll have to be a 3rd before bed temp is 28c.
Hazel - you cant beat a frozen lolly with the ice cream inside for real cooling - give it a try sometime, cools the body inside and out …
