Yes Pats I was waiting for Moyra to say goodnight, then I could kill two birds with the one stone, so to speak.
The wife and me enjoyed it, it’s great quality and I widened it to fit TV screen, it’s more a whodunit than a horror film, set in Italy, a famous rich pianist dies and the usual “Where there’s a will, there’s relations.” arguments start, then people start getting bumped off and they have the dead pianists fingerprints everywhere, how is this possible?, I’ll say no more or I’ll ruin it.
They do stand the test of time Pats, my eldest grandson Sean(14) has a great interest in films, he loves spotting film blunders, and is very sharp at it, he has great admiration for the well made old films and watches a lot of them, he preferred the old version of “The Day the World Stood Still.” to the remake, so if todays young film fans like them it proves just that.
Tonights one is the great Boris Karloff in “The Man with Nine Lives.”, I don’t think I’ve seen this one before but I love watching Karloff anyway.

Here we are again time to say goodnight to make sure I am kind to my eyes. I have an appointment at the eye clinic on the 24th and then I shall no whether I have been overdoing it with my eyes or not. Hopefully not. I am borderline with Glaucoma and last time I saw the consultant he said I should either go back on the drops or have a minor op… Alas the last appointment I had was in August and I was supposed to see him in 4 months for some reason they have kept me waiting until now so I do not know what damage has been done in the meantime. My husband has also been having six monthly examinations for borderline Glaucoma for the past three years… he’s due for another check this month. He has never had any drops to put in his eyes though.

Thanks everyone for your wishes. I used to have to put drops in my eyes back in my forties but they made my eyes worse so I stopped them the consultant was not a happy bunny. He has said this time I may have to have the drops again or a small operation. I have already had holes lazered into my irises to help! Well Goodnight folks, have a great evening all.
