Dependability, what a comforting word, makes one feel all warm and secure, when in fact there is no such thing in this world. There was I yesterday sending copies of some important documents to my daughter in law over in Rome, half way through it and bang goes the internet!, didn’t come back till 8am this morning, that’s good old dependable Virgin for you, makes you feel like bursting Branson’s balloon.

I’m very late tonight, not long in from finishing a job in the shed, it hasn’t stopped raining all day, the farmers got their wish so at least someone is happy about the weather. Mr. Trump will be arriving in County Clare tomorrow, he has a golf course and an hotel there I believe.

I had a friend who lived on a hill made largely of iron he bought a new modem every couple of months. Less likely with fibre I guess.
