We had a smashing night folks and thank you all for your good wishes.
The talent contest was won by a 63 year old man from Limerick, he had a terrific voice and fully deserved to win (10,000 euros and a trip for two to New York) He sang “Oh My Papa” and if you closed your eyes you’d swear it was Eddie Fisher himself singing it.
