Mollie, to alter your forum clock in time with the rest of us in UK, click on Control Panel > Edit Options, them scroll down until you see Date & Time Options. In the Time Zone section select:
(GMT) Western Europe Time, London, Lisbon, Casablanca … then click on Save Changes at the bottom of the page.
