Winds are howling, but it’s snug indoors. As a species, we have compensated well for our pitiful lack of fur or feathers to keep ourselves warm.
Sleep well and rest in the thought that our cozy little bedrooms are probably keeping us from evolving out of all that bare skin anytime soon.

Tomorrow is a new day. X
This day turned out to have more drama than a Shakesperean tragedy, but tonight finds the world back on even keel with “Much Ado About Nothing.”
Now I know why comedies, brandy, and eye-rolling were invented .
By sunset we had been faced with dog skirmish, burned pastries, getting blocked into the driveway by a road crew, and my mother landing herself in the hospital with severe anemia (thankfully not her heart and she’s ok now).
All I can muster the energy to say is…
