Nice one Spitty…Tell you the truth, I’ve been struggling so much just lately. Although I ran a faster eight this morning it was a poor run. Sun was shining and it should have been a delightful jog round but it was a labour of love.
Bad luck to all the runners who left it until later to do their run. It siled it down here for the rest of the day.
So today I’ve sat too much, eaten too much, and I’m so tired and I don’t know why…
Going for a slice of toast and mug of tea now lets see what tomorrow brings…Night all.
