Every morning I sit down to breakfast have a stroll around Over50’s Forum, and the goodnight thread turns up in my e-mail box and I realise that I forgot to say goodnight to my friends on over fifties.
So goodnight guys, after a long walk all the way along the sea front at Bridlington and back, the sea air has just finally got to me and I must stagger off to bed.

Plenty of snow today but managed to get an eight mile run in this morning.
Wife’s just bought us a new heavier duvet, just in time, and it’s calling me now.
Nothing on telly just ‘Call The Midwife’ (have recorded Vera) so have had a good look round Over 50’s, couldn’t find anything worthy of a comment except in the Trash Can and they are closed anyway. Will report for duty first thing in the morning, but for now, sleep well everyone and tomorrow is another blank canvas. Lets make some history…

As I slide seamlessly into another bedtime I’d just like to apologise for the lack of bells and whistles and cute little graphics sending you all into the land of nod…I can’t be arsed.
No running today but a dam good walk to the next village with a stop off at the local cafe for a large wedge of quiche and a steaming hot mug of tea. The day went down hill from there so I wish one and all a comfortable goodnight…Yes you too Spitty, I know you will look in…see you tomorrow.
It’s nearly time to pull the plug, and let the bath water out, let’s hope the baby don’t disappear.
It has been a strange evening OGF, bordering on evenings of many moons ago, the diplomat had to re-emerge, once again, good to know the skill set is still in place, I have a feeling this is the first of many evenings yet to come.
