Good morning all, with any luck last night was the last of the warm humid nights for a while, a southerly change is due through this arvo.
Nothing much different happened this morning, up early for my walk then, after a shower a trip to take some photos of the Seniors club card group followed by a visit to the supermarket for milk and odds and ends.
Now am just waiting for the change to make its way up the coast to cool the place down, it is still in the high 20s at the moment. Autumn starts on Sunday!
Just a quick one today. The weather seems to have lightened up a bit. Yesterday was quite sunny and forecast today is sunny all day. So I’m off to a country estate to do a flower shoot, while I have the light. The wife wants to go and investigate all the nearby shops and probably get something to eat. If the traffic isn’t too bad, a quick coffee enroute. Maybe a toasty sandwich, just to keep me going.

Cloudy, dull, but dry and reasonably warm
I haven’t Posted for a few days —
My flu bug has cleared up, and although I’m no longer sneezing or feeling ill, it has left me feeling weak & tired, so that even things like doing serious cleaning or starting hobbies is quite an effort
Then a few days ago I ricked my back; don’t know how or why, but I did
It was OK just sitting in my comfy chair or lying in bed under the duvet, but moving around was painful
So there was nothing much to report, I just spent the time sitting around, drinking tea, and feeling fed up
I managed to do something useful though, I finished a part read book and am well on the way to finishing another, also part read
This enforced rest has made me feel better, and I’m going to the Men’s Shed this afternoon

Sun is shining with just a slight breeze, and I’ve been overcome with the desire to ride 60 miles to the coast on my bike…That might be stretching it a bit seeing as I haven’t rode the bike since last July, so I think I’ll start with just five today…
