Wow! it is good morning on the last day of March. Doesn’t time fly when you are having fun?
Of course this morning was good for a walk, nothing special on today. Because of this stupid daylight saving I was out before the sun was up, though it was just getting light. It looks like being another lovely day even though the nights are a touch cooler but still T shirt weather.
Over the last few days I have been constructing a path to use up some old bricks lying about the place (you can never have too many bricks). It is purely to stop me getting my feet wet when cutting back to the house from the car port or the garage. There is actually a path but I always take the shortest route which isn’t the path.
Good morning @Bruce and all,
On the last day of the month.
The weather in Thailand is still hot as usual.
I’ve been building my own hydroponic setup at home, growing the vegetables
I love, like long beans, kale, lettuce, tomatoes, and morning glory, in simple foam boxes.
After that, I went to the hospital for my regular check-up. Then I’ll head to the gym, and later I’ll go back to my house in the city. I haven’t been there for a week, so it’s about time.
Starting the day with positive energy. Wishing everyone a beautiful and happy day.
A bit of a grey and cloudy start to the day, here by the seaside. Nothing too exciting going on here, just about to go for my daily walk, then take the wife to the gym, run some errands and come back and see what I can do with my driveway, which needs a serious clean and tidy. I may try to get hold of a pressure washer to clean off the lichen which has grown all over it. I have just got off the phone to the company who is dealing with our August cruise who was insisting I was overdue in payment, even through I paid a few days ago. A quick conversation put that right as it was starting to raise my blood pressure somewhat. Other than that, I’ll be going through my pics I took the other day.

if your thinking Karcher pressure washers, Having started off with the K2 it is not powerful enough to remove lichen so I gave that to my son.
the model you need is K5 (the one I have) or K6-K7. also a dirt blaster lance
Another tupperware grey sky today, but hey ho it’ll soon be Easter🐰
I’ve had a foam kit arrived from eBay, as I mentioned previously on another good morning I need to undertake a minor repair on a new/vintage camera body that I received from a buddy of mine. Just need to order a Phillips 00 screwdriver and a tube of the appropriate adhesive and I’m in business
Since I’m taking someone out to a rather lovely Punjabi restaurant on Friday night I couldn’t help but splash out on a new, pristine white Oxford shirt…
Ive been to town this morning , picking up jeans that had been altered for my son…
|The sun is out and it looks set to get warmer as the week goes on…
I saw a Rat in the garden yesterday as big as a rabbit, thought I had found it home under a pile of rocks , so while I had the power wash aimed at the entrance , my Son stood by with a spade to wack it over the head .There was no sign of it though.
That rat of yours as big as a rabbit you say !
Could it be the capybara missing on the run from Marwell Zoo here in Hampshire ?… Theres been many sightings.
Do you recognise this rodent is it your rat ?
Probably there’s a reward …
@Ripple It looked very like that one , it was fat as long ,I thought it was expecting a brood …,Not the usual hunch back Rat , but it did have a rat tail , which I don’t see on that one ,
And Im a long way from Hampshire … it could have hitched a lift I suppose ,
I have to admit that I don’t usually enjoy this kind of thing, this time is different however. Apart from the very minor repair/maintenance the camera is in great condition. I’ve checked the electronics and run the shutter through all the speeds, excellent!
It belonged to my friend’s late father and he was a very careful man.
