Good Morning Tuesday 14/9/21

Round the M25 to Harefield, this morning, for the Pacemaker Check up!

Hopefully all the smog created around the area where the Extinction Mob held up the traffic all of yesterday.

Refrigerator Trucks having to keep their engines running does not help!

I ordered a new garden shed back in April for delivery asap. I had a phone call this morning asking if I still wanted it. Yes, please, the sooner the better. OK she said, it will be ready for delivery and installation on Oct 6th. Flippinā€™ 'eck canā€™t you do it sooner? No, she said, weā€™re still extremely busy and working 7 days/week to try and keep up. Iā€™ve not even paid a deposit to this company.

I just wished the window fitters would come and fit the windows and doors they promised would be ready by Sept 2nd. The latest date (after many emails and phone calls from V) is Thursday and Friday this week. This company has already been paid Ā£1800 towards the cost of these windows and doors. Their lack of communication is a wonder not to behold.

Good grief! That all sounds so frustrating

If the shoe fitsā€¦

Frustrating isnā€™t the word Lucy. Weā€™re both so angry about the windows, weā€™ve even threatened to cancel the contract and issued a claim in the courts to recover our deposit before now. This did get a response of sorts so we agreed to hold on. I wish weā€™d gone with a slightly more expensive company now.
