Good Morning Sunday, 26th April 2026

Good morning on another sunny morning.

Up early as usual for my morning walk, today I stuck to the streets of suburbia. First wandering down a nearby dunny lane.

Before reaching the back streets of the suburbs

Noticed some more flying foxes nesting in some trees

They seem to be doing well.

On my return home I applied another coat of silicon to my Bird Bath before putting all my bedsheets in the machine and later getting them on the line.

It’s all go! :icon_wink:

Have a great morning.

Take care.

Good morning all…

A bright and sunny day here by the seaside. Not entirely sure how the day here is going to plan out, the wife is still doing house chores, I want to tidy up our garden a little and later I have a pile of rubbish to take to the recycle centre. There may or may not be coffee at some point. Can’t really add much more than that. The only other thing is when we sail on our cruise on Friday, the weather forecast for Norway isn’t particularly good with cold and rainy days while we’re there. (Just like last time. :worried:)

Have a great day all…

Good morning all!

After yesterday’s jaunt into town visiting pubs and managing not to get into trouble (this time) with a long lens, today is for staying at home. Domestic stuff to catch up on once the paracetamol have kicked in!

A bit of reading for this evening. I don’t like being defeated and I’m determined to have another go at this… actually feeling quite confident…

Must get some headphones to go with my amp. Wouldn’t want all the neighbours knocking on my door at the same time wanting to join my band! :sunglasses:

Hiya Janice and welcome back! :+1:
Yes I do believe I remember your saucy stuff!
Well there is a Bank Holiday weekend coming up! :open_mouth:
A timely reminder that I need to pop over the road later and pick up my weekly supply of fresh chillies :sunglasses::hot_pepper::hot_pepper::hot_pepper::hot_pepper: :radioactive:

Have a mellow Sunday people! :v::sun_with_face:

Morning all – another sunny start to the day

My neighbour has now solved the problem with my leaking shower door!

Enjoyed sitting in the garden yesterday afternoon – started a new book

Not much planned for today – well Sunday is a day of rest.

Do make the most of the sunshine – I have put out all the garden furniture, including the umbrella so we can now expect the sunny days to disappear and torrential rain!

Take care – have a wonderful day

Hi Bruce.

If you’re going to seal anything again, the thing to use is HA6 Marine Silicone.

It is used to build very large marine aquariums, over a 1000 litres, a very thin smear holds big sheets of glass together and is UV Stable.

It is not expensive.

Good Day Everyone… :039:
Rushed around a five mile walk/jog in the country to get back to watch the London Marathon.
There’s no beating those Kenyan’s and Ethiopians, but it was nice to see Eilish McColgan putting in a respectable 7th place.
Beef’s in the oven and snooker on telly later…
