It was a rather overcast morning when I went for my walk this morning. Couldn’t think of anything exciting to photograph so that is the back of one of the local high schools:
See what I mean by cloudy? It didn’t get below 21° overnight so it definitely wasn’t cold and by about 10am all that cloud had disappeared into a lovely sunny day.
My eye has been brilliant after the op, definitely going to get the other one done, so strange watching TV without specs. I have to go to Service NSW to get “wearing specs - S” deleted from my driving licence.
we are going into a mild week with temps reaching 13c/14c this week , the sun is out which makes everything more cheerful.
Ive started to take cuttings of Gerainiums and they are now in the green house which felt quite warm this morning .
Ive got one Tete a Tete daff out , 11year old , shrubs are put new buds on , everything is looking lovely jubley.
Morning all – another rainy start to the day although it does feel warmer – forecast to reach 12c today. My Australian relatives have told me it is “cooler” there only 28c!
Not much planned for the day – well it is a day of rest! I do have things I need to get done but can’t summon up any enthusiasm to do it (OK I’m just lazy!).
I am having problems with my printer in that it won’t print in black! I think the printer head must be blocked but am unsure how to fix it so will be contacting my computer expert tomorrow to ask if he can help
SheilaP Most likely cause of a blocked ink printer jet is using third party “cheaper” ink instead of original make.

In the pub with Chilli jnr, shockingly enough we haven’t paid a visit to our local for nearly two months
Anyway, time for a pint of coffee, tis Sunday after all…
Thanks for that realspeed - I actually only ever use HP cartridges, I think the block has been caused by the ink drying as I have been away and the printer hasn’t been used for a couple of months. I have seen those print head cleaner kits but am a bit unsure about using them!
Yet another wet and windy day here on the south coast. Too wet to go for a walk, although just come back from some Sunday shopping. Not really too much to say, but this constant rain is becoming a serious pain, as I’d be out visiting places with my camera, instead of stuck indoors waiting for the weather to break.
Good evening everyone…
A fantastic walk/jog this morning, bright warm sunshine and a warm 11 degrees C but I might have put too much enthusiasm into the jogging bits because I’ve felt drained all day.
Daughters car broke again on Friday so needed Fox’s taxi service, so I took her to a favourite garden centre yesterday where she had a hearty meal. She’ll be walking to work in the morning and I’ll collect her motor if it’s done…Hope it’s not raining for her.
