Good morning, yet another sunny morning again temperatures just scraping into the very low 20s with another 1mm of rain overnight.
I didn’t do much this morning other than a little bit of shopping at 7am as soon as the supermarkets opened, just needed milk, toothpaste and bananas
When I got home I printed some paint triangles on my machine, the idea is that you can stand objects on them while spray painting them (with a can) not damage the fresh coat on the bottom. In the past I have used nails hammered into a piece of wood but I think these are better. You only need three but I printed four (at once) just in case
A bright and crisp day again here on the south coast. Looks like the temperature is going to drop a bit over the next few days, may have to put on the central heating for a bit.
Not much happening today, mainly chores and laundry. May go out for a spot of breakfast beforehand. Other than that, not much to add. Will probably finish working on my pics before running some backups. Nothing exciting.

I will ask the same as you asked me about flashgun cables
.I am wondering what you intend to use that printer for that requires such a set up? is it just to make shapes with?
Just a quiet Sunday, the way I usually like it to be these days. I’ve been threatening to pot this piece of sprouting Indian root ginger for several days now
Prior to those shapes I printed a stand for the heater in my camper and a holder for my phone again in my camper. I have had the printer less than a week and already printed these three things.
From left to right Heater holder (see next) Plug board, remote control holder, phone holder
On the box is the old heater holder which I damaged and is now in the bin
From the left - cover for cubby in my Dmax, grill for a computer fan, hook for my weather proofing awning on the camper door and far right is a project box - the latter can be made in any size at all to fit the project exactly
If you are really interested I suggest a search on 3D Printer in this forum will throw up many of the projects I have undertaken.
The nice thing about this printer is the larger build plate on my old printer I was limited to a 150mm cube. This printer also handles better, stronger plastics like PET and ABS
What I like about 3D printing is that you can make things specifically for an individual purpose using a free design program like OpenScad.
