Yay! it’s the weekend and a lovely sunny day on which to wish you all a very good morning.
I was out walking as the sun came up and there was still a lot of cloud hanging about over the escarpment but as I walked it was visibly being burned off by the sun.
On my way home I called into Woollies to buy some milk, fruit and odds and ends for the weekend. Back at home before I had my shower I threw all my dirty clothes into the machine and that is now drying on the line.
While I was shopping I bought a couple of stubbie holders because I remember they were not a thing in the UK so just got some cheap ones from BWS (Beer, Wine, Spirits) to throw in my suitcase to bring with me.
Morning all – bright sunny morning, with temperatures forecast for 19c!
My next door neighbours are off for a week today – another cruise. They get back next Saturday and then are off again on Sunday for 3 or 4 weeks in Spain! The people across the road are away as are my neighbours on the other side of me – hmm – was it something I said!
Not much planned for today – laundry and some shopping. If I can summon up the energy I may go for a walk in the local park

someone at Dartford depo needs their arse kicked, they held up delivery by at lest a day making delivery due to weekend 3 days late. only hope is it is not damaged with all those transfer places
A beautiful sunny day here in West Sussex
Temperature is set to hit 22c, just right, cheerful weather without being to hot and uncomfortable. I sorted out the minor repair on the camera I mentioned in yesterday’s good morning thread.
It was more finicky and fiddly than I anticipated, much industrial language this morning, got there eventually!
I’m off out with Chill jnr at midday, live music outside the pub so photos will be taken!
Boots all polished, got to iron my combats, terrific having the pockets on the side of the legs, useful for filters, cleaning cloths etc.
Battery for my laptop arrived via Evri yesterday (I wonder why they sent me two, I must have ticked the box twice) anyway, no time to fix it today because I want to backup all the photos and files just in case.
Grand daughters birthday today so a big knees up at ours later, but first Mrs Fox and me will find a nice garden centre for lunch.

They’re 375ml bottles of beer, the holder will take cans too but I hate drinking beer out of a can. The holder keeps the beer cold, it is basically a neoprene container (like a surfer’s wet suit)
