Good morning to you all on this warm and pleasant Easter Monday. This lovely weather won’t last unfortunately, there is a southerly change making its way up the coast, last I heard it was at Eden.
Hope you all had a lovely Easter mine was very quiet filled with a dozen Hot Cross Buns.
Walk as usual this morning, then I decided to play with my drone, I haven’t used it for ages so basically by the time I had worked out how, had signed it into the handset and recalibrated the compass it was complaining that the processor was too hot and needed turning off. You might say it is still a work in progress. I am thinking of buying a more up to date version. I bought this one second-hand from one of my sons and while I have had fun with it it does have its faults.
Yesterday arvo I stuck some hat hangers on the back of my bedroom door, I think they were about $20 for 30 so I have plenty left over.
Good morning everyone, another bright, sunny day today. Hopefully it will be as warm as yesterday.
I took my son and daughter out to lunch for Easter Sunday, same restaurant we went to last year, great food and very, very huge portions! We were so full that we couldn’t eat anything else for the rest of the day, just some fruit!
Well, a small taste of some Easter cakes and chocolate in the afternoon
I’ll work it all of at my Fitness class on Wednesday morning.
I haven’t felt too lively over the past couple of days - nothing serious, just a bit tired & bleary
I went to the supermarket last Thursday so I have plenty of food in, and that’s about the most exciting thing I’ve done lately
I’ve been writing a letter & emails to 3 friends, and I still have one to finish
Apart from that I’ve been sitting around window shopping on the computer (is it called that?) at various Online suppliers for hobbies, as if I don’t have enough kit already
And watching YT Videos on repairing guitars - I can’t play one, and have never owned one, but they are strangely addictive and relaxing
Plan for this morning is to have a couple more cups of coffee; do some Tai Chi, which I’ve hardly done for months; have a shower; and do something more useful, like with finishing my last email
Good morning - A bit of a grey day out there but not bad. One of the grandsons are coming today to do a few jobs around the place. I’ll be gathering a few more things for dumping. The heap is growing.
