I finally got Netflix!
I’m talking to my favorite person on the phone, but the big plan for today is to search for shows on Netflix and start binge-watching.

I have a diabetic review this morning, then if I get an email to confirm, I’ll collect an order from Holland & Barrett this afternoon
Friends in my Tai Chi class have recommended turmeric to help with flexibility and general health so I’ve ordered turmeric & black pepper capsules, and a few other items
If you Search YouTube there are loads of videos about turmeric, ginger, and black pepper … we shall see

Fifty years ago today the sun was shining on a special day. Today is still a very special day as it’s our 50th Golden Wedding Anniversary!
We will be having a family get together tomorrow which I’m looking forward to. How the time flies!

congrats Mags I know what a milestone a Golden wedding is as had ours last year. How about getting a Golden rose for the Garden ???
Morning all. Went to the doctor this morning. My colitis is getting worse. I will get referral to a specialist in a couple of weeks. They will check just in case there is a possibility of the C-word. And then we went for a stroll up The Roman Rig.

I can now relax for a few hours. Was up at 7, and after my normal morning ritual, dog walk, getting washing on then hanging it up, left at 9 to collect sis, dropped her off at the garage to collect her car, then I did lots of shopping, stopping in about 4 stores. Morrisons, Range, B&M and Aldi. Had been out 3 hours, and dog was fine.
Just walked her, after a quick lunch, and I will now collapse on the sofa.

She still has a carer for longer periods. 3 hours is the maximum I would leave her, and is suitable for my needs.
