I canāt imagine tea in bed. In, fact nothing in bed. Get up, shower, dressed (boots included), and go downstairs for breakfast. The day gets started.

Many folks leave their Blinds/Curtains shut till After-Noon, there are many none day embracers.

Never.
I stopped as a child & I did try hot soup during the winter when I worked in the building trade. But even on the coldest days, on top of a building overlooking the coast. Soup is only good for dipping your sandwiches in.

My ex bought me one for my birthday one year. I never needed the alarm clock really as the noise of the steam going into the teapot was enough to wake the dead. I gave it back to her when we split up.
If Goblin had called them a Tease Maid I may well have got myself oneā¦but what a disappointment that would have been!
