Di, I dry them and crush to make chilli flakes seasoning. They’re far to hot to have in a curry. My son and I don’t really eat extremely hot food.

OK…Sometimes I grow too many courgettes…but no matter…love the trumpet type flowers …and of course the Bees love them, in turn they get pollinated.

You can eat the flowers of the courgettes as well.
