Electricity retailers have been directed to offer free electricity during the middle of the day when solar feed in overwhelms generated power.
Wholesale electricity prices in the daytime are often very cheap or even negative due to solar generation producing more supply than there is demand.
You probably need a smart meter which I don’t have.
